Interwoven is not yet a registered company. The data controller is [controller name], who you can reach at hello@interwovenfitness.com.

When you join the list we store your first name, your email address, and the fact that you ticked the consent box, along with the date you ticked it. We use them to email you about the club opening and to work out how many people want it.

If you allow analytics, PostHog records which pages you visit and which link sent you here.

Supabase stores the list, in the EU. Resend sends the email. PostHog handles analytics. None of them may use your details for anything else, and we never sell or share the list.

Until you unsubscribe, or until the club decides not to open, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we keep your address on a suppression list so you cannot be added back by mistake.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@interwovenfitness.com. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
